It says your clinic is a home-based clinic. What does that mean?
Josh operates his physiotherapy practice from a licensed, professional clinic space within his home. This means you’ll receive the same high-quality clinical treatment you’d expect from any physiotherapy clinic, but in a more private atmosphere.
Come and experience personalized treatment in an environment designed to be more relaxed and welcoming than traditional high-volume clinical settings.
Please note there are two cats that live in the home, but will generally stay away from the clinic space. If you have specific concerns about the animals please let Josh know.

Do you accept insurance for physiotherapy treatments?
We direct bill most major insurance plans. You can pay for appointments by cash, or credit card and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
We do not accept WSBC or MSP at this time.
Do you see ICBC physiotherapy clients?
Yes, we accept ICBC claims – there is NO user fee for appointments with Josh on an active claim. If you were in an accident more than 3 months ago, please check with Josh before booking your assessment.
Do you offer dry-needling?
Yes, Josh is certified to provide dry-needling (IMS) on an as-needed basis.
What is Exercise Rehabilitation and do you offer it?
Exercise Rehabilitation is physiotherapy treatment with an emphasize on therapeutic exercise – for example, once we have done an assessment and figured out your areas of weakness or injury, we would spend the majority of our time together doing guided one-on-one therapeutic exercise to target those problems. This is helpful for problems like postural pain, post-surgical rehab, deconditioning, and sport-specific rehab.
Yes, Exercise Rehabilitation is available with Josh. Feel free to inquire with any questions.
